Our Story: The Vision Behind TestMaxxing

TestMaxxing was founded by Anthony, a performance coach dedicated to helping  men unlock their full potential, physically, mentally, and hormonally. After years of studying training science, nutrition, and the effects of modern stress on men’s health, Anthony saw one thing clearly: most men are running on low energy, poor sleep, and  unstructured routines that hold them back from their best.

TestMaxxing was created to change that. The program combines personalized fitness  and meal plans, stress management strategies, and 1-on-1 weekly coaching sessions  to help men rebuild their foundation from the inside out. Every plan is tailored to the  individual, no copy-paste workouts or fad diets.

Through hands-on accountability, science-backed methods, and what Anthony calls  his “TestMaxxing Secrets,” the program guides clients toward real, lasting  transformation. It’s not just about boosting testosterone levels, it’s about reigniting  confidence, focus, and consistency in every area of life.
